About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of GenAI/agentic automation solutions for enterprise clients.
- Architect and implement Azure‑based AI pipelines, integrating LLMs, RAG, and vector/graph databases.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and automation specialists.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability standards across multi‑cloud environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on automation and GenAI.
- Proficiency in Azure AI services, Python, and large language model deployment.
- Hands‑on experience with RAG, vector databases, and graph databases.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering complex AI projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
