Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end AI transformation initiatives for financial services clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable AI solutions, leveraging data analytics, machine learning, and cloud platforms.
- Manage cross‑functional delivery teams, applying Agile and project management best practices to deliver on time and within scope.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on AI strategy, governance, and ethical considerations.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies across the practice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML delivery within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation programs and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of data analytics, machine learning pipelines, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus.
