About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the digital transformation of product development through the Q.LIFE® platform, integrating advanced AI and statistical models.
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing, validating, and deploying machine learning pipelines for formulation optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists, chemists, and engineers to translate scientific insights into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Oversee model governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of predictive analytics.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing product roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI, data science, or statistical engineering within a product development context.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and cloud platforms such as AWS for model deployment.
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality systems in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
