About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine‑learning models and data pipelines to support tax, valuation, and business analytics services.
- Lead a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Design and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure (AWS) for data storage, processing, and model serving, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering, preferably in a professional services or finance environment.
- Proficiency in Python and related ML libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Demonstrated experience building and operating cloud‑based data platforms on AWS (S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Lambda, etc.).
- Track record of leading technical teams, delivering complex projects on time, and communicating insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
