About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI and automation strategy for global business systems, aligning with corporate objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and process experts to develop end‑to‑end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Drive the adoption of robotic process automation (RPA) across key business functions, ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP and workflow systems.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance stakeholders to identify high‑impact automation opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Oversee performance metrics, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize ROI and maintain regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or automation leadership roles within a large enterprise.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale RPA and AI projects, including cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and model validation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications in AI/ML or RPA are a plus.
