Lead the design and delivery of a customer‑facing Agentic AI platform, integrating LLMs and internal APIs to create seamless experiences, while collaborating with OpenAI and driving product growth.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end‑to‑end development of the Agentic AI platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with OpenAI and internal teams to integrate LLMs and new model capabilities into the product.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for customer‑facing AI agents.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product, to deliver on milestones.
- Measure and optimize agent performance, user engagement, and business metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML product management or engineering, with a focus on LLMs and agentic systems.
- Experience scaling AI products in a fast‑moving startup environment is a plus.
