Lead a cross‑functional team to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions that drive autonomous decision‑making across aerospace systems, leveraging Python, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and cloud services such as AWS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end‑to‑end development of agentic AI models that enable autonomous decision‑making in complex aerospace environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Drive model training, validation, and deployment pipelines using Python, deep learning frameworks, and AWS services.
- Ensure model robustness, explainability, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on agentic or autonomous systems.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Hands‑on experience deploying AI models at scale on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and safety‑critical AI deployment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
