About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state‑of‑the‑art deep learning models for molecular generation and property prediction.
- Collaborate with chemists and biologists to translate experimental data into actionable AI insights.
- Lead research initiatives on representation learning techniques tailored to drug‑like molecules.
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals, and present at internal and external forums.
- Mentor junior scientists and cross‑functional teams on best practices in ML engineering.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field with a focus on machine learning.
- Proven track record of publishing high‑impact research in generative modeling and representation learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience applying ML to chemical or biological datasets, preferably in drug discovery.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
