About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end ML pipelines for claims analytics using Python and AWS services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business problems into robust ML solutions.
- Implement feature engineering, model training, hyper‑parameter tuning, and performance monitoring at scale.
- Integrate models into production environments, ensuring reliability, latency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in ML engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production‑grade models.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2).
- Deep knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and model deployment strategies.
- Experience with data engineering concepts, ETL pipelines, and large‑scale data processing.
