ML Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of advanced machine learning models for a global mobility platform, leveraging Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud infrastructure to drive data‑driven product features.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and productionize end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines for predictive and recommendation systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and domain experts to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.
- Implement, train, and fine‑tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn, ensuring high performance and robustness.
- Deploy models on AWS using Docker and CI/CD practices, monitor performance, and iterate based on real‑world feedback.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in reproducibility and model governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
