ML Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end ML solutions in a fast‑moving environment, building scalable models on AWS, leveraging TensorFlow/PyTorch, and driving MLOps best practices to deliver high‑impact AI products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and feature stores that support model training and inference.
- Implement MLOps workflows, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in model validation, reproducibility, and ethical AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS services such as SageMaker, ECS, or EKS.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
