About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models that analyze real‑time IoT sensor streams.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and feature stores on AWS.
- Integrate models into the Connected Operations Cloud, ensuring low latency and high reliability.
- Conduct model validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement using A/B testing and drift detection.
- Mentor junior ML engineers and partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, Glue).
- Hands‑on experience with IoT data, time‑series analysis, and feature engineering at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
