About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full responsible‑AI lifecycle for generative features, from risk identification through mitigation and continuous monitoring.
- Design and implement safety mechanisms, bias detection, and fairness controls for large language models.
- Collaborate with product, research, and policy teams to define responsible‑AI policies and compliance frameworks.
- Develop and evaluate mitigation strategies using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, ensuring robustness and inclusivity across global user bases.
- Publish internal guidelines, conduct audits, and drive improvements based on emerging best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine‑learning models, preferably large language or generative models.
- Deep expertise in Python and major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record in responsible AI, including bias analysis, risk assessment, and safety engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research findings into production‑ready solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
