Senior Machine Learning Engineer - PDR.cloud GmbH

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full ML lifecycle: exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, and hyper‑parameter tuning.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ML pipelines on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into the SaaS platform and monitor performance in production.
• Develop automated model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining workflows.
• Document best practices, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands‑on experience deploying models to AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building production‑grade ML solutions.
