ML Engineer
Lead the design and scaling of end‑to‑end ML infrastructure, from data ingestion to model deployment, using Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and MLOps best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, validation and inference on cloud platforms.
- Implement CI/CD workflows for model versioning, testing and automated deployment using Docker, Kubernetes and GitOps.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model training workloads and reduce time‑to‑serve.
- Monitor model performance in production, set up alerting and automate drift detection.
- Document infrastructure design, best practices and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud services (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles, model registry and monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
