About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models for audience segmentation, recommendation, and content personalization.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and feature stores on AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue).
- Implement model monitoring, A/B testing, and continuous improvement workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Lead experimentation and analysis to validate model impact on key business metrics.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the data & audience platform team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and SQL.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS ML services (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions) and data warehousing.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, feature engineering, and model explainability.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
