ML Engineer
Lead the design, prototyping, and deployment of NLP and LLM solutions to power digital mental‑health tools, collaborating with researchers, clinicians, and engineers to deliver high‑impact ML products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy NLP and LLM models that drive digital mental‑health interventions.
- Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and software engineers to translate research insights into production‑ready ML solutions.
- Implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Maintain and scale ML infrastructure on AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
- Document model development, performance metrics, and best practices for reproducibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production‑grade NLP and LLM systems.
- Strong background in ML Ops, containerization, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with research and clinical teams.
- Experience with model versioning, monitoring, and continuous integration pipelines.
