Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Amperity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models that power personalized customer experiences across multiple brands.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature stores on AWS, ensuring data quality and low latency for real‑time inference.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into robust, maintainable code using Python and TensorFlow.
• Implement MLOps practices: CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
• Optimize model performance and cost efficiency through hyperparameter tuning, model compression, and resource provisioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Strong background in data engineering, feature engineering, and large‑scale data processing.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teams.
