Senior Machine Learning Developer building AI‑enabled data security solutions on a zero‑copy architecture, leveraging Python, AWS, and advanced NLP to classify, govern, and protect sensitive unstructured data for large enterprises.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that automatically discover, classify, and remediate sensitive unstructured data across diverse enterprise data sources.
- Integrate models into a zero‑copy data security platform, ensuring minimal data movement while maintaining high performance and scalability on AWS.
- Collaborate with data governance and security teams to define data classification schemas, compliance rules, and remediation workflows.
- Implement and maintain robust data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model monitoring systems to support continuous improvement.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices; mentor junior engineers on ML engineering and data security principles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong background in Python and AWS services (S3, Lambda, SageMaker).
- Proven expertise in NLP techniques for text classification, entity recognition, and data anonymization.
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices.
- Experience building scalable, zero‑copy data pipelines and deploying models in production environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
