Seasoned Business Analyst with deep LoanIQ expertise, driving end‑to‑end integration, accounting, cash management and regulatory solutions for a major bank while bridging business, engineering and QA teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and functional analysis for LoanIQ implementation, focusing on accounting, general ledger, cash management, delayed compensation and regulatory deliverables.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and integration designs for front‑to‑back systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA and product owners to prioritize backlog, define test cases and ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
- Assess impact of system changes on end‑to‑end processes, identify gaps, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on LoanIQ functionality, best practices and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services, with proven expertise in LoanIQ.
- Strong understanding of accounting, general ledger, cash management, and regulatory reporting processes.
- Hands‑on experience designing and documenting system integrations and data flows.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ability to work closely with cross‑functional technical teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
