Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain high‑availability Linux servers and AWS infrastructure for a federal client.
- Implement security controls, hardening procedures, and compliance checks to meet Top Secret clearance requirements.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (Bash, Python) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new services and support application deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of Linux system administration and cloud operations experience.
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC).
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
- Active Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
