About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and documentation of lighting systems for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate lighting solutions into overall project design and construction plans.
- Utilize BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit to create detailed lighting layouts, schedules, and specifications.
- Perform lighting analysis using industry‑standard software to ensure compliance with safety, energy, and aesthetic standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives while promoting sustainable lighting practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in lighting engineering for infrastructure or large commercial projects.
- Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and lighting analysis tools such as DIALux, AGi32, or similar.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, lighting codes, and sustainability standards.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving project needs.
