About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage technology training and adoption programs, coordinating virtual and in‑person sessions.
- Oversee LMS scheduling, invitations, enrollments, reminders, and training calendars, ensuring accurate attendance and completion tracking.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on training effectiveness and learner progress.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align training initiatives with business objectives and technology readiness goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement in training delivery and content.
Requirements
- Proven experience in LMS administration and training operations within a global environment.
