Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end AI and automation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce AI governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, mentor technical staff, and influence stakeholders to adopt AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the AI development lifecycle, from data acquisition to model deployment and monitoring.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML product development and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale AI initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
