Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping platform support solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
- Lead high‑impact initiatives, providing expert systems consultation for large‑scale planning of computer systems and network infrastructure across Operations.
- Own the strategy and resolution of unique, cross‑functional problems, delivering end‑to‑end solutions that span multiple enterprise domains.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, leveraging automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology teams to define and implement best practices for cloud (AWS) and on‑premises environments, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Linux system administration, cloud architecture (AWS), and DevOps tooling.
- Proven track record leading complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and integrate solutions across multiple technical domains.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Hands‑on expertise in automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
