About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex application and infrastructure incidents across SharePoint, PowerBI, and related enterprise platforms.
- Lead comprehensive root‑cause analysis (RCA) to identify systemic issues and recommend long‑term platform improvements.
- Mentor and coach L1/L2 support engineers, fostering knowledge transfer and best‑practice adoption.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement preventive measures and process enhancements.
- Document incident findings, RCA reports, and improvement plans for audit and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in system engineering or platform support, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
- Deep expertise in SharePoint, PowerBI, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Proven track record of leading RCA initiatives and driving platform reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
- Availability for 24/7 rotational shift coverage.
