About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of diverse full‑stack initiatives, guiding architecture, design, and implementation from concept to production.
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Node.js, React, and AWS services, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Champion best practices in CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and automated testing to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product, data, and security stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on full‑stack JavaScript technologies.
- Proven expertise in building and scaling microservices on AWS, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, and API Gateway.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering high‑quality, maintainable code.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior engineers.
