About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure software solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews for new and existing products.
- Mentor and coach team members on secure coding practices, OWASP guidelines, and secure design patterns.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes, tooling, and documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on security.
- Deep knowledge of secure coding, threat modeling, and OWASP Top 10.
- Hands‑on experience with cryptographic protocols, identity & access management, and secure cloud architectures.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to mentor cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building secure, high‑quality products.
