About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of AI solutions for cyber use cases, from problem framing and data integration to model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Architect secure AI pipelines that meet stringent security and compliance requirements, ensuring data privacy, model integrity, and robust threat detection.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define platform standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for secure AI across the organization.
- Drive innovation in secure AI, evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into production systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of security‑first thinking and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of delivering secure AI products.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and secure model deployment (e.g., containerization, CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong knowledge of data integration, privacy regulations, and threat modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non‑technical domains.
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in a regulated environment is a plus.
