Senior Lead Engineer Hybrid

As a Senior Lead Engineer (Hybrid) at RTX, you will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying complex software systems. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions using Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, and for implementing DevOps practices to improve our software development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying complex software systems.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions using Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our cloud-based infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement DevOps practices to improve our software development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership.
• Proven expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
• Experience with DevOps practices and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
