About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the visual and interaction design strategy for AI, crypto, and Web3 products, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
- Lead a multidisciplinary design team, mentoring junior designers and coordinating with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes and responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools such as Figma.
- Translate complex blockchain and Web3 concepts into intuitive user flows and engaging interactive experiences.
- Establish design systems, style guides, and best‑practice guidelines to maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional web and interactive design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing AI, crypto, or blockchain projects.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain fundamentals, and how they impact user experience.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and scaling design teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of articulating design decisions to technical and non‑technical audiences.
