Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities in customer coverage and banker capacity.
- Design and implement repeatable analytical frameworks for strategic initiatives, governance reviews, and leadership reporting.
- Develop segmentation models, portfolio optimization algorithms, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Present results to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data science, analytics, or related field with a focus on financial services.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex analyses to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
