About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines and architecture to support risk analytics initiatives.
- Develop advanced statistical and machine learning models to detect employee misconduct, fraud, and regulatory non‑compliance.
- Lead AI deployment strategies, ensuring models are production‑ready, scalable, and compliant with governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business risk requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts and data scientists on best practices in data engineering and model development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or data science with a focus on risk management.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data engineering tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
- Strong background in machine learning model development, validation, and deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
