About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead complex, high‑impact analytics projects, translating large‑scale transaction data into actionable insights for customer behavior and financial health.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business questions, develop hypotheses, and deliver visualizations in Tableau.
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to predict risk, churn, and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Communicate findings to senior stakeholders, presenting clear recommendations and driving decision‑making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of analytics experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue).
- Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing end‑to‑end analytics projects.
