About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance across the MLX platform.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing generative and agentic AI models that power personalized customer interactions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure engineers to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Champion responsible AI practices, embedding fairness, transparency, and auditability into every model and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong background in generative and agentic AI.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience deploying AI models at scale on cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of responsible AI principles and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading high‑impact technical teams.
