Lead the design and delivery of a scalable Generative AI platform, driving responsible AI practices, model development, and production deployment using Python, cloud services, and container orchestration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build a cloud‑native Generative AI platform that supports model training, serving, and monitoring at enterprise scale.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing, fine‑tuning, and deploying large language models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Implement MLOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and Kubernetes orchestration to ensure reliable, repeatable model delivery.
- Establish and enforce responsible AI guidelines, including bias mitigation, model interpretability, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and infrastructure engineers to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML, including hands‑on model development and productionization.
- Deep expertise in Python and major deep‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with large language models.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) for scalable AI workloads.
- Proven track record implementing MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring for AI systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with a commitment to ethical and responsible AI.
