About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale a GenAI platform that supports real‑time, personalized customer interactions across banking services.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps to develop, test, and deploy generative AI models.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI services into the broader cloud ecosystem.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in model development and deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on generative models.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and NLP techniques.
- Hands‑on experience deploying AI workloads on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Strong understanding of responsible AI principles and regulatory compliance.
