Lead the design and deployment of a GenAI platform and agentic infrastructure, driving responsible AI solutions at scale using Python, ML, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of a scalable GenAI platform that supports agentic workflows across banking products.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and security teams to define responsible AI guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines using Python, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions), and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Establish CI/CD practices for model training, validation, and deployment, integrating automated testing and monitoring.
- Mentor a cross‑functional team of engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices in model versioning, reproducibility, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on generative models and large‑scale infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Deep understanding of responsible AI principles, model governance, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading high‑impact technical teams.
