About the role

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, secure Java microservices for high‑throughput distributed systems.
Architect end‑to‑end solutions, defining component interactions, data flow, and fault‑tolerance strategies.
Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with DevOps to optimize deployment pipelines, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

8–12 years of enterprise Java experience with deep knowledge of core Java and Spring ecosystem.
Proven track record designing and delivering distributed microservices architectures.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and performance profiling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and collaborate across teams.
