Systems Engineer
Lead the development and optimization of audio BSP for Android-based IVI systems, driving performance, stability, and integration with vehicle hardware and networks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BSP for audio hardware (DSP, amplifier, codec) on Android/Linux platforms.
- Implement and enhance ALSA-based audio drivers and Android Audio HAL modules.
- Integrate and debug audio subsystems with vehicle networks (e.g., A2B) and embedded devices.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks, conduct root‑cause analysis, and deliver optimizations for real‑time audio delivery.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure seamless audio experience in the vehicle infotainment ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Android/Linux/QNX audio development (HAL/driver level).
- Hands‑on knowledge of embedded audio devices (speakers, voice recognition modules).
- Strong background in ALSA audio data processing and interface design.
- Excellent debugging skills and ability to optimize audio performance.
