About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute enterprise infrastructure initiatives, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and clinical technology environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and VMware solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, connectivity, and security across hybrid environments.
- Provide advanced technical support for Active Directory, identity management, and related services.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline operations and incident response.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess requirements, create solution designs, and deliver seamless integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support, infrastructure engineering, or related roles.
- Strong expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and networking protocols.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation of routine tasks.
- Experience supporting complex, regulated environments such as healthcare or finance.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
