Key Responsibilities

- Lead change control processes, acting as the enterprise change control representative and overseeing adherence across teams.
- Consult with end‑users and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify and resolve device or application selection challenges, providing senior‑level technical guidance.
- Implement and maintain device security standards, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.
- Document architecture and design decisions, facilitating clear communication and knowledge transfer among technical teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT support and enterprise architecture within a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of change control frameworks, governance, and device security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
