Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues for end‑users across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and file services.
- Provide remote and on‑site support, leveraging remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to resolve connectivity and access problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
