Senior IT Systems Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure, leveraging Windows, Linux, VMware, and Active Directory to ensure high availability and security.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage on‑premises and hybrid cloud infrastructure using Windows Server, Linux, and VMware technologies.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy for a multi‑site environment.
- Automate routine tasks and configuration management with PowerShell and scripting.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform capacity planning.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux distributions, and VMware ESXi.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
