Systems Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server and Linux infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments.
- Implement and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity services for secure access control.
- Automate routine tasks and configuration management using PowerShell scripts and configuration tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform capacity planning to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce hardening standards, patch management, and incident response.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a systems administrator in a complex, mission‑critical environment.
- Proficient with Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat/CentOS), Active Directory, and PowerShell.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
