About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site first‑line and second‑line support for Windows Server, desktop, and network infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Manage user accounts, group policies, and permissions in Active Directory, ensuring security and compliance.
- Administer and troubleshoot VMware virtual machines, including provisioning, performance tuning, and backup/recovery.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, improve service delivery, and reduce manual effort.
- Coordinate incident and request handling using ServiceNow, adhering to ITIL processes and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement patches, upgrades, and technology rollouts while documenting procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise IT support, with a focus on Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere environment and virtual machine lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience in IT service management.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
