Systems Engineer
Lead the Montreal IT team as the primary on‑site engineer, managing Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, and ServiceNow to ensure seamless operations for a fast‑growing fintech environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first‑line support and escalation point for 300+ end users, delivering rapid, high‑quality solutions.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, and Jamf environments, ensuring secure device management and compliance.
- Manage remote monitoring and management via NinjaOne, proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
- Maintain and enhance ServiceNow ticketing workflows, driving process improvements and knowledge base updates.
- Collaborate with distributed IT teams to implement new tools, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience, preferably in fintech or high‑growth tech.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, and ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced environment.
