About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across the organization.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems with minimal downtime.
- Lead, coach, and mentor junior support staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing culture.
- Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with data sovereignty standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement security best practices and cloud‑based solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, and networking environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
