Senior IT Support Engineer responsible for Tier 2/3 incident resolution, client onboarding, and automating helpdesk workflows using PowerShell, Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and SCCM.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex Digital Workplace and End User Computing incidents.
- Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to streamline helpdesk, onboarding, and service delivery processes.
- Troubleshoot advanced client issues across Windows, Office 365, SCCM, and Active Directory environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve incident response times and reduce manual effort.
- Document solutions, create knowledge‑base articles, and mentor Tier 1/2 support staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Windows desktop support and enterprise IT environments.
- Strong scripting skills, primarily with PowerShell, and a proven track record of automation projects.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and SCCM administration.
- Experience handling Tier 2/3 escalations and resolving complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
