Product Manager
Lead high‑impact, customer‑facing digital initiatives, owning product workstreams for a corporate eCommerce and support platform. Drive strategy, backlog grooming, and cross‑functional delivery using Agile practices to deliver value to enterprise customers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize product backlog for one or more workstreams within a large digital platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to define and deliver high‑quality, customer‑facing features such as eCommerce flows, self‑service portals, and support tools.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the product team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing expectations.
- Analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on product strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience in a technology or digital services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Proven track record delivering customer‑facing digital products, preferably in eCommerce or enterprise support domains.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with product analytics tools and data‑driven decision making.
